Did I mention these might be photocopies (wink, wink)… wait that’s illegal too.
I just looked into it and it appears that “the only criminal statute regulating the destruction or defacement of U.S. currency requires fraudulent intent”. So I should be safe. It is the ultimate game of chance though.
